Overview. This website is operated by Velcourne ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting shop.velcourne.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Authenticity. Every product we sell is new and authentic, sourced through authorized distributors of the brands we carry. Velcourne is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those brands. Brand names, trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and sell their products.

Products and pricing. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours can vary slightly on screen. Stock is limited and shared with our distributors, so an item may occasionally sell out after you order; if that happens we'll cancel that item and refund you in full. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. All prices are in US dollars.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment can't be verified. Your order is accepted when it ships.

Discounts. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

User content. If you tag us or send us photos, videos or reviews, you grant Velcourne a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content in our marketing.

Intellectual property. The Velcourne name, logo and our own site content belong to us.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velcourne is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
