Email info@velcourne.com and include your order number. We aim to reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, Mountain Time).

• Where's my order? Each product page shows whether a piece ships from our US or European warehouse. US pieces usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days, European pieces within 5 to 8. An order with pieces from both arrives in separate parcels, each with its own tracking email. See the shipping policy.
• Damaged or wrong item? Email photos of the item and the box within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
• Return? Email us within 7 days of delivery before sending anything back. Items must be unworn, with all tags, dust bags and original packaging. See the return policy.
